In 2008, Brick House Café was established in Plant City, Florida. The original brick building on Prosser street was home for Brick House for 10 years before moving to Downtown, Plant City. Its new location was originally the Plant City jailhouse. Its owner, Shari Sarris, did a complete renovation to bring that warm homestyle charm to an old concrete building. The Brick House is loving its new home and all the new customers they've been able to serve.

Shari Sarris

Owner

Shari has been a resident of Plant City for over forty years. After finding success with Shari's Restaurant in Lakeland, Florida, Shari started a new business back home in Plant City. Since 2008, she has made Brick House Cafe a hometown favorite.

Spiros Sarris

General Manager

Spiros was born and raised in Plant City, Florida. As a teenager, he helped build the family restaurant into a successful business. Today, he continues that success with his mom and the Brick House Cafe.
